Morning Beach Run
An optional 4km morning run along the stunning beach of Lorne, with a recovery dip to finish

Group Hike in the Otways
A scenic 17.2km group hike through lush rainforest and waterfalls. Approx. 5-6hrs. Snacks included

Yoga + Breathwork Session
Rewire and recover with a guided evening yoga and breath work session held by yogi of 30 years, Wendy Anastasi

Tailored Workout
In a privately booked space, work in pairs to complete a custom-designed workout by Jake Farrugia

Light-filled and built for comfort, it’s the perfect 2-night nature escape — with private hot tubs, open living spaces, and room to truly switch off.
The main house is where everyone comes together to share meals, unwind, and connect between sessions.
