The Story

Hey!

I'm Jake Farrugia (in case you missed the name plastered all over the website), thanks for stopping by to find out a bit more about who you would be working with and investing in.

 

I coach because I’ve seen what happens when someone realises they’re capable of more than they’ve been telling themselves. Training isn’t just sets and reps. It’s a place to build confidence, resilience, and momentum that carries into the rest of life.

My approach is simple: understand why you’re here, then build the plan around it. I take the time to learn your emotional drivers - what you’re chasing, what’s been holding you back, and what “progress” actually means for you, so that your training has purpose, not just effort. That’s also why I’m drawn to hybrid and race-style goals: there’s something powerful about having a target that forces you to show up, dig deep, and prove to yourself what you can do.

Whether you want to change your body, feel fitter, or work towards an event, you can expect smart structure, honest coaching, and a supportive push, with sessions that are challenging, enjoyable, and built to fit real life.
