Tailored programming is for people who want a training plan that fits their current capability, schedule, equipment, and goals — with ongoing check-ins to keep you accountable and adjust the plan as you improve. You’ll still train on your own, but you won’t be doing it alone.

All 12-week workout programs start with a complimentary consultation, and are designed by Jake Farrugia. Delivered exclusively through everfit

If you have an inconsistent work schedule or finances are a bit tight to have 1:1 sessions, yet still value working with a professional for your health and fitness, then tailored programming is the next best thing to in-person personal training.

Delivery

You will receive the next 12 weeks of your program and getting to put it to the test

Training Program Check-ins

15-30min calls to check in on how the program is feeling for you, if it needs tweaking, or if you have any other questions

The frequency of this is step 2 (x1-4 per month)

Program Renewal

Leading up to the end of your 12-week program we will discuss any new goals that have developed, and where you are at in your health & fitness journey
