What is Programming?
Programs are 12 week training solutions based on your fitness goals. You can choose from pre-set or tailored solutions.
Program-only does not include in-person personal training.
If you’re dealing with pain/injury and working with a health professional, or want faster results, tailored is better.
Is Programming for me?
If you are someone who is confident with your form and technique, but don't want the burden of coming up with your own effective workout programs, then programming is a great solution for you.
If you are new to your health and fitness journey, my recommendation is to start with a personal training session/s to get you familiar with equipment and movements.
