Free Consult & Session
A 15min consult followed by a 30min training session. We will discuss why you are here, your goals, lifestyle, and current capabilities.

Partnership Terms & Setup
Formalising the beginning of our journey together. Including the nitty gritty of everything from reschedules and cancellations, to payment and profile set up. No surprises.

Creation
After we have a clear mutual understanding of your goals, I personally create your next 12 week program - we will put it into practice during our first session

Attend your Session
Our first of many sessions to help you reach your goals. We will initially focus on form and technique to achieve the best results.

Renewal
Leading up to the end of your 12-week program we will discuss any new goals that have developed, and where you are at in your health & fitness journey

Understandably, in-person training might not always be available for some. To tackle that challenge, I often hold group training events and will hold fitness retreats that focus on giving you the opportunity to build your own community too.
