Tailored programming is for people who want a training plan that fits their current capability, schedule, equipment, and goals — with ongoing check-ins to keep you accountable and adjust the plan as you improve. You’ll still train on your own, but you won’t be doing it alone.

15-30min calls to check in on how the program is feeling for you, if it needs tweaking, or if you have any other questions
The frequency of this is step 2 (x1-4 per month)
