Welcome to Jake Farrugia Health and Fitness Coaching. For over 4 years Jake helped people of all ages and different walks of life — from complete beginners to professional athletes — build stronger bodies, better fitness, and real confidence. He has personally coached over 100 clients, with expertise sitting in body recomposition and event preparation.
Jake's coaching method is backed by a genuine interest in nutrition, supplements, and the mental benefits of training. His goal for every client is that fitness becomes something you look forward to, not something that feels like a burden.
